- Saved tent card projects, text, and uploaded images.
- Purchase records and access status.
- Technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.

We use information to maintain accounts, save projects, provide purchased features, process support requests, and operate and secure the website.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not directly store complete payment card numbers. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy practices. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Saved Projects and Images
Saved projects, including uploaded images, are stored using our hosting provider, Hostinger. Projects are associated with your account so you can access them when you sign in.
5. Analytics and Advertising
We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising-tracking tools. Our service providers may process technical information required for hosting, security, and website functionality.
6. Sharing Information
We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be processed by service providers, including Hostinger and Stripe, or disclosed when required by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and project information as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated information by emailing alaynagibsonnn@gmail.com. Some transaction records may be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

We may update this policy as our practices change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
