Refund Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Tent Card Generator offers digital purchases, including single-project access for $2.99 and lifetime access for $14.99. This policy explains how refund requests are handled.

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

• A technical problem prevents access to purchased features or PDF downloads, and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
• A duplicate or accidental double charge occurs.
• Other circumstances that we approve on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Purchases

Because Tent Card Generator provides digital products and immediate access to purchased features, refunds for a change of mind are not guaranteed once access has been provided.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email alaynagibsonnn@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The approximate purchase date.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Please do not email credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Access After a Refund

If a purchase is refunded, access to the corresponding paid features may be revoked. Refunding lifetime access may remove lifetime purchase privileges from the account.
